When built-in temperature control is not needed, Excella open-air shakers are the solution. Ruggedly-built for use on the bench, in an incubator, or in a warm- or cold-room, these shakers are available in three sizes. The Excella microprocessor controlled, heavy-duty counterbalanced drives provide years of continuous, quiet operation. Excella shakers are available with a large selection of accessories to accommodate a wide range of flasks, test tubes and general labware. Like most New Brunswick shakers, Excella platforms, clamps and accessories are interchangeable with earlier NBS models. All Excella shakers meet cETL, UL, CSA and CE standards. Compact and economical Excella analog controlled model E1 shakers easily fit your budget and your bench!

A Wide Variety of Platform, Clamp, and Accessory Options to fit your labs needs!
All New Brunswick shakers (enclosed and open air) do not come equipped with a platform and must be purchased separately. A wide range of interchangeable accessory platforms accommodate all your glassware. When using a single flask size, dedicated platforms provide maximum capacity, and come with clamps installed. Universal platforms let you mix different-sized clamps and test tube racks for added versatility.
Universal platforms have multiple holes enabling you to mount an assortment of flask clamps or other accessories on a single platform. Universal platform, clamps and accessories are sold separately. (Clamps, test tube racks and sticky tape shown)
Dedicated platforms when just one size flask will be used on the shaker, (i.e., 250 mL flasks), dedicated platforms come with flask clamps already mounted. Dedicated platforms generally will hold a greater number of flasks than the universal platform, but do not offer the versatility.
